Small items that will fit into an A4 Courier Satchel will cost $5.00 via Fastway Couriers.

All paper & cardstock purchases will cost $6.00 and sent via Fastway Couriers.

Courier is only available to residential addresses at the above prices. It is not available to PO Box numbers and rural delivery will cost extra. Please e-mail us at info@scrapboxnz.com for prices on rural delivery and standard NZ Post costs. 

Orders over $60 will receive free shipping. This will automatically show during checkout.  However rural delivery address will incur a small charge, we will email you regarding this once your order has been placed.

Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.  If for any reason we cannot achieve this, we will notify you by email.

These prices and free shipping is for orders shipping to destinations within New Zealand only.  Shipping costs for International Orders will depend on destination, weight and size of the order.  A quote will be given for shipping before payment is made.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.  It must, however be in its original unopened packaging to receive a refund, excluding shipping costs.  If there is a fault with the product we will gladly provide you with a replacement or a refund.  If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.  Shipping on any items returned is the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us with any concerns you have and we will provide you with further information on returning products.
